To lead people to become passionate followers of Jesus Christ!

We want every person here at NCC actively and aggressively:

  • REACHING UP to God in a personal, vibrant and dynamic relationship with God. Based on The Great Commandment found in Mark 20:30 and Matthew 6:33
  • REACHING OUT to others with the Good News of Jesus Christ. Based on The Great Commission found in Matthew 28:18-20 and Proverbs 11:20
  • REACHING IN by getting involved and serving in a ministry. Based on The Great Community found in Acts 2:42 and Ephesians 4:11-12

Jerry A Chadwick is a pastor, author, coach, leadership trainer, business owner, real estate investor, John Maxwell Certified Trainer, has a degree in church leadership, husband and father of three. He’s been leading people and developing leaders for over 32 years.

Pastor Jerry and Joy Chadwick have 3 adult children and have been happily married for over 25 years. They also have 4 dogs, their “fur babies”, who are very important members of the family.
